Identification – The renter must provide an ID card as collateral.
Payment – The rental fee must be paid in full.
Alternative Collateral – A cash deposit can be provided instead of an ID.
Timely Return – Rented equipment must be returned within the agreed timeframe.
Loss or Damage – The full value of the equipment must be paid in case of loss or damage.
Late Return Fee – Additional charges apply for equipment returned late.
Cleanliness and Condition – Tents, sleeping bags, gas cylinders, and other equipment must be returned clean and in usable condition. Extra cleaning fees may apply otherwise.
Proper Use – Equipment must only be used for its intended purpose. Any damage due to misuse is the renter’s responsibility.
