🆘 Rental Terms and Conditions for Outdoor Gear
Identity document – The renter must leave an ID as a deposit.
Payment method – Full payment must be made upfront.
Alternative deposit – A cash deposit can be provided instead of ID.
Return on time – All rented items must be returned by the agreed time.
Loss or damage – In case of loss or damage, the full cost must be covered.
Late return fee – Late returns will incur an additional charge.
Cleanliness and condition – Items such as tents, sleeping bags, and gas canisters must be returned clean and in usable condition. Otherwise, an additional cleaning fee may apply.
Proper use – Equipment must be used only for its intended purpose. The renter is responsible for any damage resulting from misuse.
Customer responsibility – The store is not liable for any accidents or injuries during the use of the equipment.
