Responsibilities and additions

• To permit participation in the tour, a letter must be sent to Shahdag National Park and the State Border Service 30 days in advance. Hence, registering and making the payment for our tour is essential at least 30 days ahead. (With a passport copy)
• Reservation cancellation is refunded up to 30 days before the tour date.
• 30% of the tour fee after 15 days; One week before the tour, 50% of the tour fee is deducted.
• Fees are non-refundable for cancellations 4 days before the tour.
• The tour organizer has the right to make changes or cancel the tour program due to weather conditions, public events, and any unforeseen circumstances.
• Participants are responsible for their own food and cooking in mountainous conditions.
