Located in the village of Oraban in the Sheki district, Oraban Waterfall reveals one of the many hidden secrets of Azerbaijan's mountains. In the village's mountainous area, as if nature itself is displaying its art, this waterfall, nestled in the arms of the mountains, is known by the locals as "Su Tökülən" (Flowing Water).
The waterfall is approximately 3 km from the village, originating from underground springs in the area of "Sarı Güney" Mountain (Armux Plateau), and cascades down the rocks, filling the surroundings with cool mist. Its waters then flow into the Qarachay River, bringing life from the depths of the mountains.
The waterfall is most impressive between April and July, when snowmelt and rainy days increase its volume, decorating the surroundings like a painting. Although its height is approximately 12–14 meters, the tranquility of the local landscape and the harmony of nature make it even more magnificent.
