Before joining the summit tour, it is recommended that you familiarize yourself with all the details of the trip. This is especially useful for those attempting a summit for the first time and will help you avoid unexpected situations. Being informed in advance about physical challenges, route length, and weather conditions will ensure you are well prepared.
Day 1: Baku – Quba – Galakhudat Village
We depart from Baku to the city of Quba (approximately 3 hours). After completing final shopping in Quba, we continue to Galakhudat village (approximately 2 hours). Accommodation is arranged in a local guesthouse in Galakhudat village. After a short rest and tea break, we hike to the foothills of Mount Ayda Gala for acclimatization. Later, we return to the village. Dinner and overnight stay at the guesthouse.
Day 2: Galakhudat – Ayda Qaya – Baku
We wake up at 05:00 and have breakfast between 05:00–06:00. At 06:00, we depart towards the summit of Ayda Qaya. The ascent will take approximately 3–4 hours. After reaching the summit, we begin the descent and head towards the vehicles (approximately 2–3 hours). Afterwards, we have a meal at the guesthouse and depart back to Baku.

Registration and Permit: To participate in the tour, registration and full payment are required at least 30 days in advance. During this period, participants must submit a copy of their passport in order to obtain permits from Shahdag National Park and the State Border Service.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

If cancelled 30 days before the tour date, the full amount will be refunded.

If cancelled 15 days before the tour date, 70% of the amount will be refunded (30% will be deducted).

If cancelled 7 days before the tour date, 50% of the amount will be refunded.

No refund will be provided for cancellations made 5 days or less before the tour date.

Program Changes: The tour leader reserves the right to modify or cancel the program due to weather conditions, public events, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Group Size: Groups may consist of 3, 7, or 14 participants. For different group requirements, please contact us to receive a customized price.

Mobile Coverage: Mobile signal may not be available in some mountainous areas. The best coverage is usually provided by Azercell.

Food and Equipment: In mountain conditions, food supply and cooking are the responsibility of the participant.
