Before joining the summit tour, we recommend familiarizing yourself with all the details of the tour. This is especially useful for those attempting a summit for the first time and will help you avoid unexpected situations. Knowing the physical challenges, route duration, and weather conditions in advance will ensure that you are properly prepared.
Tour Itinerary
Day 1: Baku - Guba - Khinalig - Bazaryurd Camp
We depart from Baku and travel to Guba. After completing our final shopping, we continue our journey to Khinalig village. Upon arrival in Khinalig, we travel by off-road vehicles towards the Bazaryurd base camp. The camp is located at an altitude of 2,900 meters. After completing our final preparations, we continue on foot with our camping equipment to the second camp located at an altitude of 3,250 meters. We set up our tents and rest. To acclimatize to the altitude and mountain environment, we hike up to 3,400 meters. We spend the night in tents.
Day 2: Bazaryurd Camp - Bazaryurd Summit - Khinalig - Baku
At 05:00 in the morning, we begin our ascent to Bazaryurd Summit (4416 m). The ascent takes approximately 6-7 hours, while the descent takes approximately 3-4 hours. After descending to the camp, we pack our tents and equipment and head towards the vehicles.

Registration and Permits: Registration and full payment are required at least 30 days before the tour. During this period, participants must provide a copy of their passport so that the necessary permits can be obtained from Shahdag National Park and the State Border Service.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

If the tour is cancelled 30 days or more before the tour date, the full amount will be refunded.

If the tour is cancelled 15 days before the tour date, 70% of the payment will be refunded (30% will be retained).

If the tour is cancelled 7 days before the tour date, 50% of the payment will be refunded.

No refund will be provided for reservations cancelled 5 days or less before the tour date.

Changes to the Tour Program: Due to weather conditions, public events, or other unforeseen circumstances, the tour leader reserves the right to modify or cancel the tour program.
